Location - The Annex

The Kappa Kappa Gamma house is located in Toronto's Annex Neighbourhood.

The Annex is one of the most expensive neighbourhoods in Toronto in which to rent or own a home. Because of its proximity to the university, its residents range from university students to long-time residents, including well-established and wealthy families. Many other fraternity and sorority houses are located nearby, creating the feeling of a fraternity village in the middle of the downtown core.

The Kappa house has an open door policy for all its members. Its a place to host study groups, watch tv or lounge between classes. Live-in members benefit from great rent rates, large common rooms, great roommates and fabulous wardrobes.
